Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I could not stay at the property and shall request you to refund my entire money as the rooms are very poorly maintained with insects like cockroaches and others. The linens and cleanliness was totally unacceptable. They tried to check me in other rooms which were similarly equally bad. I had to move to another hotel.

I could not stay at the property and shall request you to refund my entire money as the rooms are pathetic condition with full of insects like cockroaches. The line and cleanliness was totally unacceptable. They tried to check me in other rooms which were similarly equally bad. I had to move to another hotel.

The washroom was not that hygenic, the shower head was completely rusted, and the bed sheet was also a bit dusty.

The window in the room was broken then later they changed the room and then the lock of the other room was broken it wasn't fun staying there

Rooms were not good and not worth the money at all. Water was very hard. No towels in the bathroom. You can hear every small noise from the corridor and is very disturbing if you trying to get sleep. In all it was a terrible experience
